Step 1:
PCB Design & Fabrication

Circuit Design: Engineers design high-voltage generation circuit (typically 3V to 20,000V+)
PCB Manufacturing: Double-sided or multi-layer boards fabricated with high-voltage isolation
Component Selection: Sourcing of specialized high-voltage capacitors, transformers, and IGBTs

Step 2:
Automated PCB Assembly

SMT (Surface Mount Technology): Automated pick-and-place machines mount small components
Reflow Soldering: PCBs pass through reflow ovens for solder melting
Through-Hole Components: Larger components (batteries, USB ports) hand-soldered or wave-soldered
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection): Camera systems verify correct component placement

Transformer & Coil Manufacturing

High-frequency transformers wound with precision turns count
Ferrite cores selected for optimal performance at operating frequency
Transformer encapsulation in insulating compound

Step 4:
Battery Assembly

FAQ

What is the payment way

（1）TT or Wester Union for the trial order
（2）ODM, OEM order, 30% for deposit, 70% against the copy B/L.

Transportation

For samples or small quantity orders, you can choose DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, HKEMS and other courier
Cargo transport modes can be by sea, by air, land transportation, and railway transportation, etc., we cooperate with qualified freight forwarding shipping company. We also accept customer’s designated freight transport.
We can purchase the cargo insurance in accordance with customer requirements, We support the trade Terms including Fob, CIF, etc., For the Port of Loading, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong and Shenzhen, can be accepted.
